The value for the net outflows from the uncommitted facility over the last 5 business days where a credit arrangement in which the lending institution is not under obligation to provide a specific amount to the borrower. 

For item 2.2, report all wholesale (non-financial institution) deposit that have not been included in items 2.1 or 2.3. For item 6.2, report all wholesale (non FI) deposit that have not been included in items 6.1 or 6.3. Report outflows as positive numbers and inflows as negative numbers.
