The net outflow uncommitted facility percentage is calculated as net uncommitted facility outflows for loan assets over the last 5 business days as the numerator the total facility sizes (drawn and undrawn) five business days prior to the reporting date as the denominator. 

For item 2.2, report all wholesale (non-financial institution) deposit that have not been included in items 2.1 or 2.3. For item 6.2, report all wholesale (non FI) deposit that have not been included in items 6.1 or 6.3. Report outflows as positive numbers and inflows as negative numbers.
