This is the number of lending facilities that have borrower-accepted commitments. A borrower-accepted commitment is a firm offer to provide finance that has been accepted by the borrower. 

Report from the commencement of the Scheme to date. Include loans that have terminated or matured. Include loans that have been securitised. Exclude loans that are cancelled or refinanced.
