This is the value, during the relevant period, for the total benefit to be included in high cost claimants pool (HCCP) for the current quarter after Age Based Pooling (ABP) has been applied and excluding any benefits included in the HCCP in a previous period. This item is to be determined in accordance with the relevant risk equalisation rules.
