Concept Guidance:	This is the number, as at the relevant date, of adults with hospital cover.
Form-Specifc Guidance:	Report under loading removed only in the quarter that the loading is removed against the certified age at entry corresponding to the loading they were previously paying. Do not also report against certified age at entry of 30. No double counting.

LifetimeHealthCoverLoadingDimension	(LoadingApplied)	This dimension categorises the reported data according to whether lifetime health cover loading is applied. The information reported is in relation to lifetime health cover (LHC) loading being applied. LHC loading is applicable if an adult did not have hospital cover before the 1 July following their 31st birthday and has not had hospital cover for a continuous period of 10 years.
