This indicates the representation type of the director, individual trustee or alternate director.The valid enumerated values are: Member representative = where the director is appointed by the RSE licensee to represent the interests of members. Employer representative = where the director is appointed by the RSE licensee to represent the interest of an employer(s). Independent director = where the director is an independent director within the meaning given in the relevant Acts. Executive director = represents a director who is a member of the RSE licensee's management. Non executive director = represents a director who is not a member of the RSE licensee's management. Non affiliated director = represents a director who is non-affiliated within the meaning given in the relevant prudential standards.
