This is the value, as at the relevant date, of all present obligations of the entity arising from past events, the settlement of which is expected to result in an outflow from the entity of resources embodying economic benefits, reported in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. 

Do not include any amounts that are reported under item 12.2.
