Business Description & Guidance:	This is the value, as at the relevant date, for the expected cash flows from the head office fund via a committed funding facility when the entity is a foreign ADI (Authorised Deposit-taking Institution) that is not part of a group that also has a locally incorporated banking subsidiary in Australia in accordance with the relevant prudential standards.
