This is the value, during the relevant period, for the net benefit paid above the threshold for high cost claimants pool (HCCP) claimants, for the current and the preceding 3 quarters after Age Based Pooling (ABP) has been applied. This amount includes any amounts already included in the HCCP. This item is to be determined in accordance with the relevant risk equalisation rules.
