This is the value, during the relevant period, for all health related business for non-insurance revenue that is earned from outside the health benefits fund. It therefore includes revenue from non-policy holders of the health benefits fund, revenue to cover services provided by the health benefits fund and revenue from policy holders of the health benefits fund for services not covered by the insurance premium.
